Who should be brought together to discuss the future of capitalism?
In Latvia, one of the most anti-communist countries in the world, they invite someone to speak on “The New Reading of Marx’s Capital,” while at the Milken Institute, which “stands for great ideas and effective action — not ideology,” they limit the discussion of the future of capitalism to presentations by Niall Ferguson, Raghuram Rajan, Ana Palacio, and Peter Passell.
Is this another sign U.S. capitalism is the weakest link or is something else going on here?
