A quick question for behavioral economics: since “the basic insight is that how you give the money matters,” does it matter how the surplus is appropriated and distributed?
In other words, is there a difference between how capitalists (who appropriate the surplus for doing nothing) and workers (who actually produce the surplus) might decide to distribute the surplus to others?
